Hi, I’m CAROLINE!

I have struggled with skin and guts issues ever since I could remember. I had eczema throughout my whole childhood and later struggled with IBS and severe perioral dermatitis around my mouth, nose and eyes. I had felt so defeated when I heard that these conditions were something that many live with for their whole lives and the only way to address them were with temporary solutions such as topical creams, antibiotics, and antacids.

However, I always knew that there had to be a better way. There had to be a natural long-term solution that wasn’t detrimental to my health in the long run…and there was! that better way was through food and nutrition! So I returned to school and dived deep into the world of health and nutrition and gained a whole new perspective on the immense role that food and lifestyle plays on our overall health.

Nowadays, I’m grateful for my health. I’ve thrown out my “emergency prescription cream” and no longer need to rely on antibiotics or antacids and it has been years since I’ve had a serious flare-up.

I’ve since dedicated myself to helping people like me find clear skin and better gut health through diet so that they can swap their over the counter products for a permanent solution to a happier and healthier life!

Fun facts about me

  • Depends on the day! I love a warm morning drink and currently I’m loving a black americano, but I’ll often swap this for matcha.

  • I spent a large part of my childhood on my grandparent’s farm and I think that is where much of my love for nature, food and entrepreneurship comes from.

  • Popcorn and dark chocolate!

  • I love to cook at home and create new recipes especially baked goods but I’m also a foodie at heart and enjoy dining out and trying new foods and restaurants.
